A US Army Private makes roughly $43 a day. Considering being a soldier is a full time job and they stand a good chance of being shot at, I’d say these guys are underpaid.

Mexico, in spite of complaining about the US putting up restrictive barriers along the border to fight illegal immigration, is building a similar fence along its southern border to halt the flow of drugs into their country. This hypocrisy is epic.

Jane Russell, voted one of the 40 Most Iconic Movie Goddesses of all time in 2009 by Glamour (UK edition), died of respiratory problems on February 28th. (I bet there won’t be a “Jane Russell – the Opera”)

Things that make you go hmmmm… Wisconsin democrats will be fined $100 a day for not showing up for work. If I failed to show up, day after day, I would get fired. (I wonder how many of them make several hundred dollars a day when they are there?) Just sayin’.

He said what??? “The reforms we seek would bring greater competition, choice, savings and inefficiencies to our health care system.” – Obama remarked after a health care roundtable with physicians, nurses and health care providers, Washington, D.C., July 20, 2009.

Not to be outdone: “You know, we all have our inner demons. I, for one – I can’t speak for you, but I’m on the verge of moral collapse at any time. It can happen by the end of the show.” –Glenn Beck, on his Fox TV program, Nov. 6, 2006

B: you can’t do anything else.
C: the rest comes of itself.
